How do I create a Merchant account?

To establish a Merchant account, simply sign up with BlueFaucet, configure your Merchant Page, and extend invitations to customers to become members. BlueFaucet offers services to streamline and enhance your business operations.

Why is a Stripe Account required?

BlueFaucet partners with Stripe for billing services. Merchants can use their Stripe Account to receive payments and store receipts in both the Merchants’ and Customers’ databases.

Can merchants contact their customers?

Of course. All customers invited by merchants are merchants’ customers. BlueFaucet provides marketing tools for merchants to send invitations, coupons, promotions, and messages directly to their customers.

How is BlueFaucet priced?

BlueFaucet charges $30 per month with a minimum commitment of three months. Promotions offer additional months or employee accounts when paying for six or twelve months. Visit the Pricing page for details.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, BlueFaucet offers a 30-day free trial. If a merchant has fewer than 50 customers, they can continue using the service for free.

How do Merchants invite customers?

BlueFaucet provides tools for Merchants to invite customers via emails, SMS, or QR codes. They can attach a Welcome coupon to motivate customers to join their membership.

How can BlueFaucet help small shops?

No matter how small your shop is, if you are counting on repeat customers to sustain your business, BlueFaucet is your best helper.  BlueFaucet provides services to retain existing customers, attract new ones, and reduce workload. This allows merchants to focus on their professional tasks.

Can Merchants add employees in BlueFaucet?

Yes, BlueFaucet provides up to five employee accounts. The store owner can access employee accounts to monitor their status.

How to join the Sales Referral Program?

Join BlueFaucet as a user and then enroll in the Sales Referral Program. Your Sales Page will display your sales activities and referral fee information.

How many merchants can I refer to?

You can refer as many merchants as you want, provided they are in the US. BlueFaucet also offers a Regional Exclusive Sales Agent program; contact Sales@blueFaucet.com for details.

Why didn’t I receive a referral fee after the merchant became a paid member?

If a merchant clicks on another invitation with a different Sales ID, the referral fee will belong to the inviter of that invitation.

There are no charges for users; all our services for users are provided free of cost.

How can I join the Sales Referral Program?

To participate in the Sales Referral Program, simply navigate to the app, locate the Sales Referral Program section, and click on it. Follow the sign-up process to become part of the Sales Referral Program.

How much can I earn?

As a BlueFaucet Affiliate, you earn a one-time $60 commission for each paid merchant you successfully refer. Here’s how it works:

  • Commission Eligibility: Your commission is tracked based on your unique Sales Referral ID in the customer database.
  • Referral Attribution: If a customer receives multiple invitations and clicks on another sales’ link, the commission will be credited to the last affiliate link they interacted with.

Example:

If you successfully refer 10,000 paid customers, you’ll earn $600,000 in commissions!

When Will You Earn Commissions?

Commissions are credited to your account when the referred customer purchases a subscription plan. You can monitor your earnings by visiting your Sales Referral Dashboard, where you’ll find detailed transaction records and the funds available for withdrawal.

Is there a limit on the number of customers I can refer?

No. There is no limit to the number of customers you can refer. Feel free to introduce as many customers as you can.

Is there a limit on the commission I can earn?

No. There is no limit to the commission you can earn through the program.

Is there a minimum sales requirement?

No, there is no minimum sales requirement to participate in the program. You can start earning commissions with your very first successful referral.

However, the minimum threshold for withdrawing commissions is $100. Once your earnings reach this amount, you can request a payout through your Dashboard.

How do I track my earnings?

You can log in to your Sales Referral page to check your Dashboard. It has the number of merchants referred, their status, and your commission information.

What promotional program can I introduce to customers?

We offer a 30-day free trial with full functionalities. Your customers are welcome to participate in the trial to experience BlueFaucet services.

How do I sign up for the Sales Referral Program?

You can sign up as a User in the BlueFaucet app, and then click on the program banner, you will be transferred to the Sales Referral page.

Can I establish a merchant account if I work part-time?

Certainly! Whether you work part-time or full-time, setting up a merchant account is available to you. Even part-time workers benefit from maintaining a customer base, and BlueFaucet is here to assist you in cultivating and retaining customers for your services.

Who are the target customers?

The target customers are small merchants who have none to five employees and count on repeating customers to sustain their business.

You can share your unique referral link in various ways to maximize your reach:

  • Email: Send personalized invitations to your network.
  • Social Media: Post your link on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Instagram.
  • Blogs or Websites: Write about the benefits of BlueFaucet and include your referral link.
  • Direct Sharing: Share your link with friends, colleagues, or local businesses.
Why Don’t Customers Show on My Dashboard?

BlueFaucet tracks referrals in two ways:

  1. Invitations Through the App: If you send invitations directly from the BlueFaucet app, all activity is recorded in your Dashboard.
  2. External Sharing (e.g., Email): If you share your referral link through your email or other methods, customers will still be recorded only if they use your unique URL to sign up.

To ensure all referrals are tracked, encourage customers to use your referral link when signing up. This guarantees their activity is tied to your Sales Referral ID.

What happens if a customer cancels their subscription during the free trial?

If a customer cancels during the 30-day free trial, no commission will be earned. Commissions are only paid for customers who complete their first paid subscription.

Are there any promotional materials provided?

Yes. Once you join the Affiliate Program, you will have access to a variety of promotional materials, including banners, icon, brochure, reviews, and email templates to help you effectively market BlueFaucet.

Can I participate in the Affiliate Program if I live outside the U.S.?

Unfortunately, no. The BlueFaucet Affiliate Program is currently only open to individuals residing in the United States who are legally eligible to work.

How are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid directly to your designated bank account. Payment methods may vary depending on your location.

What should I do if I encounter an issue with my account or commission?
