Yes. You can customize your working calendar so customers can only book slots during your actual available hours.
Yes. We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. If you have fewer than 50 customers, your account stays completely free even after the trial ends.
Our Standard plan is $35/month (minimum 3-month commitment). You can save more by choosing a 6 or 12-month tier, which both include free employee accounts.
All paid plans are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep full access to premium features until your current billing cycle ends.
On your end date, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier, which has a strict limit of 50 members. You have a 7-day grace period to re-subscribe before members over the 50-profile limit are permanently deleted. This data cannot be restored once deleted.

Subscriptions are paid via ACH bank transfer, processed securely through Stripe. Credit and debit cards are available for customer-facing payments.

- Create Invoice: When taking a phone order, add their phone/email. The system auto-invites them if they aren't a member yet.
- Direct Email: Send an invite directly from your dashboard using their email and phone. Track their signup status on your Customers page.
Pro Tip: Set up a Welcome Coupon! A quick discount is the best incentive to get them to join.
The phone number acts as a unique account identifier to verify user permission. It prevents duplicate accounts, keeps your list clean, and protects against spam.
Yes. All data is fully encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored securely on trusted, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
No. Your customer list is strictly private and belongs entirely to you. We never sell your customer data. We may share aggregated, de-identified data with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations.

It is your centralized database of customer order histories and digital receipts. BlueFaucet securely stores this data and analyzes behavior to help you find the best time to market to them.
No. BlueFaucet operates on a strict opt-in model to ensure legal compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and high email delivery rates. Customers must explicitly agree to join your membership using your invitation links or QR code.
Note: There are also no automated bulk export tools — data must be retrieved manually via the dashboard.

Yes, our transaction fees include Stripe's processing charges. Your rate depends on your account tier:
- Paid Subscribers: 2.9% + $0.80 per transaction
- Free Tier (Non-Subscribers): 3.5% + $0.80 per transaction
- Dispute Handling: $15.00 per case
Connecting a Stripe account allows you to securely accept card payments from anywhere and skip manual counter checkouts.
Payouts typically arrive in your bank account within 2–3 business days.
Yes. If eligible, you can enable Instant Payouts directly inside Stripe for an additional processing fee.
You can view your payout history and current balances in your BlueFaucet dashboard under Settings > Payouts, and in your Stripe Dashboard.
Open the Refund Request on your home page, review the details, and click approve. BlueFaucet will automatically trigger the refund through Stripe back to the customer's original card.
Stripe will notify you immediately. You can submit the digital receipts automatically generated by BlueFaucet as evidence directly inside your Stripe dashboard for the card issuer to review.
When setting up your profile, you have full control over how customers book your time:
- Capacity per hour: Set the maximum number of customers per time slot (e.g., 4). The system automatically blocks that slot once it reaches capacity.
- Auto-Accept: Customers can book open slots directly onto your working calendar without needing your manual approval.
- Need Confirmation: Every new appointment request will be held for your personal approval.
- Auto-Refuse: The system will automatically block booking attempts from any user you have placed on your "Blocked" customer list.
It defaults to your store address. If you offer mobile or on-site services, select "Customer Location." The platform will prompt customers to enter their address during checkout, which then appears on your Order Details.
When a job is done, click "Done" on the Order Details page. BlueFaucet instantly sends an electronic invoice to the customer. Once they click "Pay Now," the payment processes via Stripe and the receipt saves to both of your accounts under the "Completed" tab.
Yes! Visit your Sales page and click Invite Sales. You will earn a $5 bonus every time a friend you referred generates $60 in commission. Note that all commissions are subject to the $100 minimum withdrawal threshold.
Payout typically takes 30 days after a merchant becomes a paid subscriber. Because of the initial 30-day free trial, total time from the invite to your payout can take up to 60 days.
Note: Commissions are only withdrawable once your balance reaches $100.
You can track all activity inside your Sales Dashboard under "Merchant Status" and "Salesperson Status," or view your earnings split by "Merchant Referral Commission" and "Sales Introduction Bonus."

No. Downloading the app is entirely optional. You can access all BlueFaucet features directly through any mobile web browser.
Your phone number serves as your unique Account Identifier. It allows merchants to securely recognize your membership and apply your rewards without mixing up your profile.
All rewards are saved quietly to your personal Coupon Box inside your account. We never send spammy, unsolicited emails or SMS alerts.
When checkout begins, BlueFaucet automatically displays your available coupons from that merchant. Click on the one you want to apply, and the discount will instantly reflect in your Order Details.
The merchant will manually adjust the free item's price on your digital bill. These updates will show in bold font on your invoice.
Note: To satisfy basic database rules, free items will display a token value of $0.01 instead of $0.00.
Locate your digital receipt and click "Apply for Refund." Select the items you want refunded and hit "Submit." Once the merchant approves, the funds automatically route back to your original payment card via Stripe.
Note: If you paid cash, you must collect your refund directly from the merchant.
Once approved by the merchant, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing speeds.
